"You know, sorry to interrupt," the Pokemon genius says, "but I've been wondering why you aren't surprised about any of this."
"Well," you reply, "I guess it seems like something like this was supposed to happen sometime or another. I suppose I haven't even been too surprised in the past when unusual things happen."
"Any clue as to why?"
"Well, one reason is that my life is so boring, something exciting I'm willing to believe; the proof's right here, and it isn't a fake, obviously."
That is true. You're practically partying-glad (or not, as the case may be) Pikachu came. Things like that don't happen nearly at all.
"Just curious," the Pokemon kid replies, "but I guess that's sorta cool, how you think."
He turns back to Pikachu. "Sorry about that. Could you continue about how you got here?"
